Our Story

Formed in 1988, Investors’ Realty is a boutique real estate investment and advisory company that identifies opportunities and acquires, develops, markets and manages properties for a select group of domestic and international clients, as well as for its own account.

With its affiliates within the Village Partners group of companies, Investors’ Realty offers horizontally and vertically integrated services in real estate development, architecture, engineering, construction, property management, financing, leasing and sales. The company and its principals have acquired, planned, developed, bought and sold over $900 million worth of multi-family residential and mixed-use projects in the eastern USA with a concentration in the Chicago area and Florida markets.

Since 1976, Marling affiliated companies have completed over 4,000 consulting assignments in the USA nationwide. These assignments have included numerous transactions involving major property holdings with a total value in excess of $5.0 billion. Our clients have included some of the largest U.S. business corporations, pension funds, banks, as well as various government bodies, institutional and private investors, and developers.
